In case you’ve been watching the Weather Channel and wondered, we narrowly missed round one of the tornadoes today. We heard the tornado siren go off in Morrisville, about 5 miles southeast of us here on the farm. We made our plan and then stood on the porch watching the direction the storm was coming from while listening to the radio updating us on the path of the storm. Tornadoes touched down in two areas SW of us, but then the main path headed more south of us.
There are more storms lined up to the SW, so it might be a long day! It is Spring in the Ozarks though, and that means tornadoes!
