On our last night away from home we stopped in Goodland, KS. I had checked the radar, and the storms were all going away from us. We were watching a movie, and the cable TV stopped working. When I called the front desk, they said it was “because of the storm.” So Richard stepped outside and said, “come out here with your camera, you won’t believe this!” The storm was just a narrow anvil with LOTS of lightening and glorious clouds. I took a lot of photos, but it was difficult with the low light and me without a tripod! These two were pretty good, however.
