I took my entries to the fair this morning. Here are the photos I decided on and their classes. If you will be going to the fair and want to look for my photos, I’ve written the class number so you can find them more easily.
Class 104: Any photograph with the color BLUE as a major feature. No digital manipulation.
Class 303 Animals: Birds, fish, insects, reptiles
Class 308 Nature: close-up (flower, tree, leaves, etc.)
Class 602 Color alterations: nature
Class 604 Content alterations: move a tree, delete or add a person or object, “stitch” two photos together, etc
Class 605 Photo with text: people
Second Place!!
Class 606 Photo with text: nature
First Place!!
Class 607 Photo with text: any other subject (buildings, animals, abstract, etc.)
Third Place!!
Class 609 Photo collage: 3 or more DIFFERENT images digitally arranged and printed as ONE print, with or without text: any other subject
First Place!!
Class 610 Photo kaleidoscope: the SAME image used multiple times on ONE print
Fourth Place!
