We had another excellent group of young people to celebrate our wedding anniversary by floating 5 miles down the Sac River. We floated on the day after our wedding (the First Annual Honeymoon Float Trip) and have floated the 3rd Sunday of August each year since.

Then they got the idea to push a boat off the “slide.”
It really didn’t work out as cool as they thought (and it wasn’t worth all the effort of carrying it up the hill!).
