We started planning a small group kayak/canoe trip, and it expanded (happily) into a vast flotilla of kayaks of all types and one canoe (the pack-horse!) with people ranging in age from old to almost 2. Then, after the float, we met up with Jenny and Mom at the farm for a cook-out! It was a great day.
