I was excited to attend my first fireworks display since getting my new camera in 2020! I prepared with settings, tripod, full battery, etc. Then, everything fell apart!
First, I brought the wrong lens, forgetting how close we were to the display. My lens was zoomed in too much to get all the action.
Second, and worst, I wasn’t able to get my tripod set properly because of the steep angle of the fireworks! I wound up taking all these photos with my camera/tripod laying in my lap! Certainly not a stable surface to work on!
But, good news, some did turn out ok!
