When we moved to Bolivar (town) in 2000, I splurged and signed up for cable TV. That was the first time I’d had cable TV since I was in high school! Anyway, right off I found out one channel ran Magnum PI reruns at 4 pm every weekday afternoon. It became the joke, do not call or visit Tina between 4 and 5 pm, she’s busy with her boyfriend Magnum. Well, in a couple of years I found another boyfriend and they shifted their rerun line-up so he wasn’t showing at 4 pm. And, since the local channels don’t show Magnum reruns and that’s all Richard has out here on the farm, I wasn’t able to see much Magnum. I would catch a show now and again when visiting Jessica or babysitting, but that’s all. Until, that is, I found out they sell Magnum DVDs!!! As a present to myself, I bought the complete first season the other day, and I finally got to sit down and watch an episode! I can see the entire collection joining my DVD collection in the future! And, Mom, I’ll share with you too!!
