Richard and Garland are putting the first batch into the smoker. This year they are using two smokers because they are making more than usual. That way they can finish the smoking today.
Notice the snow? It’s a lovely March windy, snowy morning in the Ozarks! This might slow down the afternoon skeet shooting which they usually do after they finish casing all the sausage! |
