 We wanted to eat some “authentic” cajun food, and found Gabbeaux’s Bayles Landing Restaurant in Monroe, Louisiana. They had great food and very friendly servers who not only took our photo (below) but threw in some free bread pudding for us to eat tonight (because we were way too stuffed to eat this specialty of the house right then!). |
